Who we are

Reserve (operated by Andersson Group LLC, 2904 Robin Road, Plano, TX 75075) provides operations and client-communication software to boutique fitness studios. We process information on behalf of the studios that use Reserve.

What we collect

Contact details you provide (such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number), scheduling and attendance information supplied by your studio's booking system, and records of the communications we send, including your consent and opt-out choices.

How we use it

To deliver communications on behalf of your studio — class reminders, schedule updates, and, only with your express consent, occasional promotional messages — and to honor your preferences, measure delivery, and keep required consent records.

Text messaging

Marketing text messages are sent only to numbers that have opted in, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and retained permanently.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages (our messaging service providers) or as required by law.

Retention and your choices

Consent and opt-out records are retained for at least four years as required by law. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us at support@reservefitness.ai with any privacy request.
